PSG forward Ousmane Dembele has been named the best player of the year

Three more players from the French team competed for the award.

PSG’s French striker, Usman Dembele, has been named the best player of the year, according to The FIFA Best.

In addition to him, Ashraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendesh, Vitinha (PSG), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Rafinha, Pedri, and Lamin Yamal (Barcelona) also competed for the award. In 2024, Real Madrid’s Brazilian forward Vinícius Júnior received the FIFA award.

As a reminder, a meeting between the NOC and the Ministry of Sport representatives and the US Ambassador took place in Uzbekistan. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the field of sports, as well as the participation of the delegation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games.
