The development will include a boulevard, beaches, and recreation areas near the water, while hotels, cottages, residential buildings, restaurants, and spectator areas will be built on the slopes. Cultural, educational, medical, and sports facilities will also be built, allowing the complex to function not only as a tourist destination, but also as a year-round residential community.

It was previously reported that a new tourist center “Sangardak” will appear in Surkhandarya. The authorities plan to place four hotels and ten guest houses on the territory.
