In Tashkent, a hotel and parking lot could be built on the site of the pharmaceutical institute
Universities are scheduled to be relocated to the Tashkent region.

The draft resolution on developing the night economy proposes that the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute might be relocated to the Tashkent region, with a hotel and parking lot constructed in its place.
The institute is scheduled to be relocated to Tashkent Pharma Park in the Tashkent region. They plan to build a five-star hotel and a car park for 1,000 vehicles on the university’s site. The building will then be transferred to state ownership. It should be noted that the institute was established on 16 July 1937. The main training building is situated near Oybek metro station.
As a reminder, hundreds of “round-the-clock streets may be seen in Uzbekistan. It was proposed to introduce the position of “night economy managers” in the khokimiyats. Facilities on “round-the-clock” streets are divided into two categories. Some of them will operate 24 hours a day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, while others will operate daily from 9:00 to 3:00.
