Hunters illegally shot wild boar in Gulistan

Ecologists estimated the damage to nature at 6 million soums.

In the Syrdarya region, three men, without a hunting permit, shot a wild boar, reports the regional ecology department.

It is noted that the incident took place in the “Beshbulok” mahalla. Three citizens shot a wild boar with their hunting rifle. Environmentalists estimated the damage to nature at 6,180,000 soums. For the application of appropriate legal measures, the materials were sent to the Gulistan District Criminal Court.

According to experts, illegal hunting of wild animals causes serious damage to the ecosystem balance. In this regard, citizens are advised to take this matter seriously.

Earlier, it was reported that three poachers killed rare mountain goats in Surkhandarya. The environmental damage caused by hunting amounted to 4.5 billion soums.
