Appeals statistics

  • 31,899 issues have already been resolved;
  • 1,638 reports are under consideration;
  • 4,224 appeals — overdue;
  • 54 appeals were rejected by the moderators.

Main complaint topics

The majority of applications relate to:

  • housing and communal services and improvement;
  • architecture, construction and development of engineering communications.

District ranking

The final rating is calculated on a 10-point scale, taking into account the number of resolved and overdue issues, the number of appeals per capita, and other parameters.

  • The best indicator is in the Uchtepa district — 8.42 points;
  • followed by Almazar — 6.62, Mirobod — 6.38, Chilanzar — 6.15;
  • below average: Yashnabad — 5.22, Mirzo-Ulugbek — 5.04, Bektemir — 4.55, Yangikhayot — 4.44, Shaykhantakhur — 4.14, Yakkasaray — 3.9, Yunusabad — 3.71;
  • The worst result is in Sergeli district — only 3.2 points.

Although the “Xalq Nazorati” system assists in resolving most issues quickly, the number of overdue appeals and the disparity in efficiency across districts show that city services are not consistent. Sergeli and other districts with a high volume of complaints remain especially problematic, necessitating increased oversight from the administration.
