Relaxation of heat and wind: weather forecast for 30 August

On 30 August, temperatures are expected to fall in Uzbekistan, with potentially strong winds and dust storms, but no precipitation, Uzhydromet reports.

In Tashkent, there is no precipitation. Wind gusts of up to 10-12 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperatures at night range from 22-24°, and during the day, they reach 34-36°.

The weather in the regions is expected to be as follows:

• in Karakalpakstan, no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 17-22°, during the day 30-35°;
• There is no precipitation in Khorezm. Wind gusts of up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Nighttime temperatures range from 17-22 °c, while during the day temperatures reach 30-35°c.
• In Bukhara and Navoi, there is no precipitation. Wind gusts of up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas, accompanied by dusty blowing snow. Temperatures will range from 20-25°C at night to 33-38°C during the day.
• The Tashkent region, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya will experience no precipitation. Winds gusting up to 13-18 m/s may occur in some areas. Temperatures at night will range from 19 to 24 °c, and during the day from 31 to 36°c.
• In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, there is no precipitation. Wind gusts of up to 13-18 m/s may occur in some areas. Nighttime temperatures will be between 20-25 °c, while daytime temperatures will be between 35-40°c.
• In the Fergana Valley, there is no precipitation. Wind gusts of up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Nighttime temperatures range from 17-22 °c, while during the day they reach 32-37°c.
• In foothill and mountainous areas with no precipitation. Night temperature 15-20 °c, daytime 23-28°c.

Earlier, it was reported that the heat would ease over the weekend. Strong winds are forecast across the country, with the potential for dust storms.
