Precipitation and strong wind with dust: weather for September 16

In the mountains, rain may turn to snow.

On September 16, temperatures are expected to drop in Uzbekistan, with possible rain and strong dust storms in some areas, and snow is possible in the mountains, Uzhydromet reports.

In Tashkent, short-term rain is expected at night and in the morning. No precipitation during the day. Wind gusts up to 10-12 m/s are possible. Temperature at night 15-17°, during the day 23-25°.

The weather in the regions is expected to be as follows:

  • in Karakalpakstan, no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 8-13°, during the day 20-25°;
  • no precipitation in Khorezm. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 8-13°, during the day 20-25°;
  • In Bukhara and Navoi, no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 11-16°C, during the day 20-25°C;
  • In Tashkent region, short-term rain is expected in some areas overnight and in the morning. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 14-19°, during the day 20-25°;
  • Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya will experience no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 12-17°, during the day 20-25°;
  • In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, no precipitation. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 13-18°, during the day 25-30°;
  • In the Fergana Valley, short-term rain is possible in some areas by evening. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 14-19°, during the day 22-27°;
  • in the foothill and mountainous regions, rain is possible in some places, heavy. In the high mountains, the transition to snow is possible. Wind gusts up to 13-18 m/s are possible in some areas. Temperature at night 8-13°C, during the day 10-15°C.

Earlier, it was reported that throughout the working week, the territory of Uzbekistan will be under the influence of a cool and humid air mass. Forecasters promise rain and thunderstorms, with the possibility of rain turning to snow in the high mountains.
