According to doctors' advice, the national team defender will not be able to take part in the CAFA Nations Cup.
Footballer Abdukodir Khusanov will not be able to participate in the CAFA Nations Cup, according to the UFA press service.
Uzbekistan national team defender Abduqodir Husanov felt uncomfortable during the Manchester City versus Brighton match. After examination, the footballer was found to have a minor injury to his left calf muscle.
Preliminary data suggests recovery will take approximately 2 weeks. Based on doctors’ advice, Khusanov will be unable to participate in the CAFA Nations Cup.
As a reminder, Abdukodir Khusanov was ranked among the top three most expensive Asian footballers. The Uzbek defender managed to surpass the Japanese winger Takefusa Kubo, who plays for Real Sociedad.
