FIFA President Gianni Infantino has arrived in Uzbekistan
The guest will watch the final match of the CAFA Nations Cup at the stadium.
The President of the International Football Federation (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, has arrived in Uzbekistan, according to the UFA press service.
At the invitation of the Uzbekistan Football Association, Gianni Infantino visited the country to discuss projects aimed at further developing football in Uzbekistan, to familiarise himself more closely with the National Football Centre, and to watch the final match of the CAFA Nations Cup at the stadium.
The FIFA delegation was met at Tashkent International Airport by Sports Minister Adham Ikramov, Vice President of the Asian Olympic Council, First Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan Otabek Umarov, First Vice President of the Uzbekistan Football Association Ravshan Irmatov, and other officials.
