Three Uzbek citizens lost their lives in a tragic road accident in Tatarstan
The impact was so severe that the car deformed and became a mass of metal.
On 5 September, a severe road accident occurred in Tatarstan, resulting in the death of three Uzbek citizens, reports the press service of the country’s prosecutor’s office.
The incident occurred in Zainsky district at the 38th kilometer of the Naberezhnye Chelni—Almetevsk highway. A Nexia car, for unknown reasons, crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a MAN truck. Currently, an investigation is underway, the prosecutor’s office has taken control of the process.
The impact was so strong that the light machine deformed and turned into a metal mass. The driver and two passengers died on the spot from their injuries, — the report said.
According to Kun, the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan confirmed the death of three citizens. The diplomatic mission’s statement notes: “The situation is under control. After completing the necessary procedures, the bodies will be sent to Uzbekistan at the expense of the Migration Agency”.
