The incident occurred in Pastdargom district. After the divorce, the spouses continued to live together and raised children. At the same time, the man did not pay alimony. After another conflict, the man was brought to administrative responsibility and detained for 15 days.
However, running the household without a husband became difficult for the woman, and she paid off the debts herself, appealing to the court on the fifth day. The court overturned the previous decision and released the man from custody.
Recall that in Jizzakh, a man hid from alimony from the mother of a newly married woman. During the arrest, the offender tried to escape again, but was caught.
