Tashkent residents complained about unexpected withdrawal of money from ATTO cards
The company explained the reason for the disappearance of funds in citizens' accounts.

On October 8, information spread on social networks about the unexpected withdrawal of money from ATTO cards from citizens. The transport company commented on the incident.
It was revealed that due to technical reasons, payments made between September 16 and 30 through payment terminals installed in the 1st vestibule of the Buyuk Ipak Yuli metro station were not processed on time. As a result, the money was deducted much later and immediately for all trips.
Currently, previously unpaid transactions are being debited from passenger cards. At the same time, no unnecessary or erroneous deductions are made — funds are withheld only for trips made by passengers during the specified period.
