In Tashkent region, a robber threatened to commit suicide — video
The intruder attempted to rob the store and flee, but was unsuccessful and stated he would stab himself.

On June 9, a man tried to rob a store in Tashkent region. When apprehended by law enforcers, he threatened to commit suicide, the police department’s press service reported.
The incident occurred at 1:23 a.m. The security department of the regional internal affairs office received an alarm from a guarded store in Gazalkent, Bostanlyk district. The task force arrived within three minutes. A man inside the store attempted to escape.
When he failed to escape, he pulled out a knife and threatened to harm himself. The man was disarmed and detained. He was identified as having been born in 1991. An investigation is ongoing.
In Tashkent, a man with a toy tried to rob a bank. The rapid response team detained the robber with real weapons.
