On December 14, a driver hit a 9-year-old child on a bicycle in the Andijan region, the press service of the regional traffic police reported.
The incident occurred around 6:10 PM on Furqat Street. According to preliminary data, the driver of the Tracker, born in 1990, hit a minor boy on a bicycle who was crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
As a result of the accident, the 9-year-old boy did not sustain serious injuries. He was examined by doctors, after which he was discharged home. Regarding this incident, employees of the Road Safety Department under the Andijan Department of Internal Affairs are conducting an investigation and investigating all the circumstances of the incident.
Recall that in Tashkent, a pedestrian was hit by a bus and a car on a pedestrian crossing. The pedestrian died on the spot from his injuries, a criminal case has been initiated.
