In the Urtachirchik district of Tashkent region, residents were shown a project to demolish houses for the construction of a new airport, the press service of the district administration reports.
Urtachirchik district khokim Ikhtiyor Kasymov met with residents of the Khalkobod mahalla and heads of farms located in the zone under the construction of the new airport. The procedure and mechanisms for paying compensation to homeowners and farm owners were explained to the citizens.
A dialogue was also held in the form of answers to the questions raised by the residents. It is reported that the Khalkobod and Yangiyul neighborhoods are being demolished.
