Two enterprises suspended operations in Zangiata after complaints about air pollution

Both facilities were operating without filters: a brick factory and a plastic processing plant were shut down for 10 days.

A video appeared on social media in the Tinchlik mahalla of the Zangiata district of the Tashkent region, where local residents claimed that the air was polluted by a brick factory.

The inspection confirmed violations: the enterprise operated without the necessary filter units. His work was temporarily suspended for 10 days until the violations were rectified.

Similar information spread about another workshop in Zangiata, where, according to users, plastic and polyethylene were burned under the guise of recycling.

Inspectors promptly inspected the facility and determined the absence of filters and non-compliance with emission cleaning requirements. The workshop’s operations have also been suspended for 10 days until the equipment is installed and the process is brought into compliance.
