On December 24, electricity will be cut off in several mahallas of the Mirzo-Ulugbek and Yunusobod districts of Tashkent, the press service of the REN reports.
Due to the commissioning of new 6 kV underground high-voltage cable lines powered by the Sulton, Marjon and Kazitarnov lines, as well as for the safe conduct of commissioning and testing operations and the uniform distribution of the load, short-term power outages are possible.
- in the Yunusabad district — in certain parts of the Mirzo Ulugbek, Buyuk Turon, Bodomzor, Sheikh Shivli, Yangi Tarnov, Firdavsiy, Khiyobontepa, and Bozsuv mahallas from 10:00 to 16:00;
- in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district — in certain parts of the Katta Darxon and Okkurgon mahallas from 10:00 to 16:00.
Repair work in the indicated areas may be completed earlier than scheduled.
Recall that since the beginning of December, more than 200 thousand consumers have been restricted from paying electricity bills due to debts for waste disposal. The department reminded that the restrictions will disappear immediately after all debts are paid.
