Another 68 countries remain on the list.

Panama has been removed from the list of countries requiring enhanced currency control for operations, according to a decree by the Tax Committee.
According to the information, amendments were made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Monitoring the Validity of Conducting Currency Transactions by Legal Entities and Individuals. The relevant document was agreed upon with the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Currently, the list includes 68 countries that provide a preferential tax regime and (or) do not provide for disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions.
