Rescuers in Kazakhstan evacuated 36 Uzbek citizens from a broken-down bus
Specialists transported them to the nearest heating station and provided them with hot meals.

In Kazakhstan, rescuers evacuated 36 Uzbek citizens from a broken bus and transported the injured to a safe place, Kazinform news agency reports, citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the information, the incident occurred 20 km from the village of Karaterek, May district, Pavlodar region. Due to rain and low temperatures, a vehicle carrying 36 citizens traveling by transit from the city of Semey to Shymkent broke down, causing people to need rescue assistance.
Specialists were able to provide emergency assistance to the victims and quickly transport them to the nearest heating station and provide them with hot meals. It is noted that 13 children were among those rescued. Rescuers also pulled the broken-down vehicle to the settlement. None of the victims needed medical assistance.
Earlier, it was reported that forced marriage is now criminalized in Kazakhstan. Previously, the thief who voluntarily released the victim could have avoided responsibility.
