Diplomats helped a group of Uzbekistanis return from Saudi Arabia

A group of compatriots, whose salaries were regularly delayed by a construction company, have been returned to Uzbekistan from Saudi Arabia, reports Dunyo.
According to the information, the Consulate General of the country received a complaint from 19 Uzbek citizens, who said that the construction company involved in the construction of the industrial complex is not paying them monthly wages. As a result, specialists traveled to Rabig to investigate the situation and spoke with the victims.
Following this, the diplomats also held talks with the management of the employing company. The specialists were able to agree on resolving all financial issues concerning Uzbek workers. In addition, the specialists agreed to return the Uzbeks to their homeland at the expense of the employer.
Earlier, it was reported that a girl who became a victim of human trafficking was returned to Uzbekistan from Pakistan. The diplomats provided the citizen with all the necessary documents and purchased air tickets for her to Tashkent.
