Uzbekistan has established diplomatic relations with Paulo
The island state became the 163rd country with which diplomatic relations have been established.

Uzbekistan has established diplomatic relations with the 165th country, reports “Dunyo” correspondent.
The Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met in New York with the Minister of State of the Palau, Gustav Aitaro. Palau is a US-associated island state in the Pacific Ocean with a population of approximately 18,000 people.
We are glad to meet with the State Minister of the Palau, Gustav Aytaro. Together we signed a historic document — a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries. This important step not only reflects our mutual desire to develop relations, but also opens the door to a promising future of cooperation and partnership, — the statement said.
As a reminder, Uzbek diplomats arrived in Saint Lucia. The island state became the 163rd country with which Uzbekistan established diplomatic relations.
