In all agencies, the position of deputy head responsible for compliance and internal anti-corruption control will be introduced. The activities of a representative of the Accounts Chamber will also be established.

These managers will ensure effective control over the detection of unscrupulous individuals in the system, as well as the prevention of cases of embezzlement of budget funds and abuse of office. They will report directly to the president. The Head of State emphasized that personal responsibility for every sum of the State budget and resources will be strengthened.
Those who think that I have a position and a title, that no one will touch me, are deeply mistaken. No agency or organization will remain unchecked. Persons obstructing the activities of the compliance service will be considered accomplices to corruption and will be held accountable, — he added.
In conclusion, it was noted that the compliance service of the Presidential Administration, regardless of the position held, will promptly report to the head of state on every instance of bribery and abuse of office.
