The air in Tashkent has become even more dusty
The concentration of finely dispersed dust is still higher than normal.

On October 24, the content of fine particulate matter PM2.5 amounted to 47.6 μg/m³, which is 9.52 times higher than the WHO recommended value, according to Uzhydromet.
Thus, as of 18:00, the content of ozone pollutants and PM10 in the air of Tashkent did not exceed the maximum permissible values. At the same time, the concentration of hazardous particles PM2.5 exceeded the national norm by 1.36 times. Air quality is rated as average.
It should be noted that by 8:00 a.m., the content of finely dispersed particles of PM2.5 in the air amounted to 23.2 μg/m3, exceeding the WHO recommended value by 4.6 times. The concentration of hazardous ozone pollutant and PM10 in the air of Tashkent did not exceed the maximum permissible values.
It should be reminded that Uzbekistan was not on the list of countries meeting WHO air quality standards. The Swiss company IQAir showed a report for 2024.
