A new chairman of the National Committee for Sustainable Development, Urbanization and the Housing Market has been appointed in Uzbekistan, according to a presidential decree.
According to the information, Kudbiyev Sherzod became the new chairman. In connection with this, he was dismissed from the post of Chairman of the Tax Committee of Uzbekistan. Now he will head the National Committee of Uzbekistan for Sustainable Development of Urbanization and the Housing Market.
It is noted that the organization will become the authorized body for the implementation of state policy in the field of urbanization processes. The Committee will work together with the Cabinet of Ministers. The committee will also coordinate the construction of “New Uzbekistan” housing developments. In addition, the Cadastre Agency under the Ministry of Finance will be transferred to the committee.
