Several streets in Tashkent will be closed due to a gastronomic festival
The restriction on transportation will be in effect for four days.
In Tashkent, due to a festive event planned to be held on Taras Shevchenko Street, two streets are planned to be closed to traffic for 4 days, reports the press service of the Mirobod district administration.
According to reports, authorities plan to close the streets from 4:00 PM on October 16th to 7:00 AM on October 20th. It is noted that the reason for the restrictions will be the gastronomic and entertainment festival, which will be held on Taras Shevchenko Street. The following sections of streets are planned to be closed:
- the section of Taras Shevchenko Street from the intersection with Fidokor Street to the intersection with Nukus Street;
- section of Said Baraka Street from the intersection with Oybek Street to Amir Temur Avenue.
Earlier, it was reported that the road in Tashkent would be closed for almost a month. Specialists will be engaged in the reconstruction of the infrastructure.
