Residents of Tashkent most often complain about problems with electricity, landscaping, and ecology
Xalq Nazorati specialists found out which district of the capital works poorly with citizens' appeals.

Tashkent residents sent 1,047 complaints in a week, according to an analysis of the Xalq Nazorati portal.
Good work with residents’ appeals is observed in the Uchtepa district – 8.44 out of 10 possible points. The last place was taken by the Sergeli district with 2.15 points.

The largest number of overdue complaints is observed in the Yunusabad district — 707 appeals. At the same time, complaints are most often sent to the Main Department of Improvement — 1,361 applications, 1,231 were resolved, the Department of Ecology — 1,817 applications, 1,643 were resolved, and the “Tashkent City Electricity Supply Enterprise” — 6,213 applications, 6,091 were resolved.

A total of 52,088 appeals were received, of which 45,664 were resolved, and 91 were rejected. The most frequent problem for Tashkent residents remains housing and communal services — 31.9%. Next are the condition of roads — 17.1%, landscaping — 5.6% and environmental problems — 3.5%.
