In Uzbekistan, non-governmental non-profit organizations will be able to conduct control purchases in an experimental manner, as well as hire “secret shoppers”, according to the government decree.

The measure will be valid from October 15, 2025, to January 1, 2027. Within the framework of the experiment, NNOs will be able to consider consumer appeals and conduct control purchases to verify requests, as well as conduct “Mystery Shopper” activities.

In addition, the authorities plan to implement a system of interaction “consumer — entrepreneur — NNO — government bodies” to improve the effectiveness of reviewing such appeals from consumers. It is noted that the system will begin operating from December 1, 2025.

Earlier, it was reported that in Uzbekistan, the postponement would be automatically removed from sale. Such goods cannot be processed through cash registers, and they are not issued receipts.
