In Uzbekistan, an additional admission to master’s programs has been opened
The amount of the contract for students will be determined by the universities themselves, based on the necessary expenses.
Uzbekistan announced the 2025/2026 Master’s degree admissions results and opened additional admissions for underperforming students, according to the press service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
According to the information, the additional recruitment is organized taking into account the capabilities of universities, their material and technical base, and personnel. It is noted that the admission parameters will be approved in agreement with the agency. For more detailed information, prospective master’s students can contact the admissions committees or master’s departments of their universities.
The department also noted that the contract amount for students admitted as part of the additional admission will be set by the universities themselves, based on real tuition costs.
Earlier, it was reported that Uzbekistan had allocated more than a thousand grants for private and foreign universities. The students were told when they will open the registration and conduct the test exams.
