In Tashkent, round-the-clock monitoring of air pollution began
Mobile laboratories operate throughout the city.

On November 22, the press service of the Ecology Committee reported that a strengthened air quality control system will be established in Tashkent.
In all districts of the capital, mobile environmental laboratories for monitoring atmospheric air pollution operate around the clock at the Center for Analytical Control in the Field of Environmental Protection under the National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change.
Also, the monitoring laboratories of the Hydrometeorological Service Agency (Uzhydromet) are operating in an enhanced mode.
The identified sources of pollution are transferred to the relevant authorities for taking the necessary measures.
An operational headquarters has been established under the Ecology Committee to improve air quality. The Committee, in cooperation with relevant organizations, is implementing the necessary measures to improve the environmental situation in the capital.
Earlier, deputy and head of the “Milliy Tiklanish” party, Alisher Kadyrov, stated that only the weather is to blame for the unfortunate situation, and not the actions of the government, which many citizens blame. The politician suggested suppressing such discussions.
