How much have Uzbeks spent on education since the beginning of the year?
The National Statistics Committee showed a report for ten months.
Uzbek citizens spent more than 30 trillion soums on education services in 10 months, the National Statistics Committee’s press service reported.
According to the agency, the volume of market services in education in Uzbekistan in January-October 2025 amounted to 30.4 trillion soums. This indicator increased by 6.8% compared to the corresponding period of 2024. This represents 3.7% of the total volume of market services rendered.
During this period, higher education services prevailed in the total volume of education services, their share was 46.6%, — the report said.
As a reminder, the “Safe Education” concept will be implemented in Uzbekistan. Schools and training centers will be equipped with security systems, alarm buttons, and video surveillance.
