Housing and Communal Services and Roads: The same problems continue to be reported in Tashkent
The capital's administration has traditionally published a ranking of the city's districts.

Residents of the capital continue to actively use the Xalq Nazorati platform to solve city problems. As of October 17, 2025, the portal received 54,441 appeals, of which more than 86% were successfully resolved. Most of the messages concerned housing and communal services and the condition of roads.
According to the Tashkent city administration, 31.5% of all appeals concerned housing and communal services — water, heating, and maintenance issues. In second place is the condition of road and sidewalk asphalt (16.7%), followed by improvement issues (5.5%) and environmental problems (3.4%).
Of the total number of messages, 54,349 were sent for work, 46,961 were resolved, and only 92 were rejected by the moderators.
As of October 17th, 3,355 appeals have been delayed, while 3,819 are pending. The largest number of overdue issues were recorded in the districts of Yunusabad (656), Shaykhantakhur (545), Sergeli (439), and Mirzo-Ulugbek (408). These four districts account for 61% of all overdue appeals in the city.

Among the most busy organizations subordinate to the khokimiyat, the following are distinguished:
- Main Department of Improvement — 1,393 appeals, of which 42 are overdue;
- Tashkent City Department of Ecology — 1,846 appeals, of which 139 are overdue;
- “Tashkent City Electricity Supply Enterprise” JSC — 6,303 appeals, of which 29 are overdue.

Mirobod and Chilanzar districts are leading in the effectiveness of addressing appeals. And according to the portal’s consolidated rating, Uchtepa district received the highest score — 8.67 points, while Sergeli came in last with 2.12 points.

In addition, during the monitoring of the media and social networks (including Telegram and Facebook), specialists identified 4,287 problematic situations, which were formalized as appeals and added to the Xalq Nazorati platform.
