Who earns the most in Uzbekistan?
Teachers and healthcare workers ended up at the bottom of the list.
The Statistics Committee presented the list of the highest-paid professions in Uzbekistan for the first nine months of 2025.
According to the information, employees in the banking, insurance, leasing, credit, and intermediary sectors receive the most — 16.8 million soums. Next are employees of the information and communication sector — 14.9 million soums.
Below is the remaining list:
- transportation and storage — 9.3 million soums;
- industry — 7.3 million soums;
- trade — 6.8 million soums;
- construction — 6.3 million soums;
- art, entertainment and recreation — 5.1 million soums:
- accommodation and food services — 5.1 million soums;
- education — 4.1 million soums;
- healthcare and social services — 3.7 million soums.
It should be recalled that in January-September 2025, the average monthly nominal wage in Uzbekistan was 6.1 million soums. They still earn the most in the capital.
