The woman caused a scandal right in front of the educational institution building.
In the Kumkurgan district of Surkhandarya region, the former director of school №39 threatened to pour gasoline on herself and set herself on fire due to her disagreement with her dismissal.
The School Education Department stated that the woman held the position of director for 15 years, then the employment contract with her was terminated in accordance with Article 157 of the Labor Code (Termination of an employment contract by agreement of the parties).
After that, the former director prevented the new manager from starting his activities, the video was filmed on the day the contract was signed with the new director. The woman was managed to calm down, and there were no casualties. A new director has been appointed, and the training process is continuing steadily.
