Kindergarten Where Teacher Beat and Insulted Children Turned Out to Be Illegal
A preventive conversation was held with the teacher and a strict warning was issued, the case was handed over to law enforcement.

The kindergarten where a teacher beat, shouted at, and insulted children turned out to be illegal, reports the press service of the regional Department of Preschool and School Education.
The Children’s Ombudsman, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Preschool and School Education took control of the incident and conducted an investigation. It was revealed that the incident occurred in a kindergarten in the “Eshobod” mahalla of Namangan district. Law enforcement found that the institution was operating illegally – without a license and without state registration in a rented non-residential premises.
A preventive conversation was held with the teacher and a strict warning was issued. Explanatory work was also carried out on the inadmissibility of such actions towards children. The activities of the institution, which educated 44 children, have been suspended. Documents have been transferred to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment.
Recall that the incident occurred in “3-RENESSANS AVLODLARI” – one of the private kindergartens in Namangan region. The footage shows a woman shouting at children, insulting them, beating and treating them roughly.
