Law enforcement officers prevented the spread of 17 kg of synthetic drugs.

In Uzbekistan, the activities of a large OCG involved in the distribution of synthetic drugs have been stopped, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the department, law enforcement officers stopped a Cobalt driven by a 28-year-old man and conducted a search. 83 g of mephedrone was found in the car. After that, three more 18-year-old members of the group were detained in the Yunusabad district.
They were seized 730 packaged doses of mephedrone, and in a rented apartment — 354 packets of alpha-PVP and 500 grams of mephedrone. Later, the alleged community leader — the 41-year-old head of the main warehouse — was detained. From his apartment, where he lives with his wife, officers seized 4 kg 200 g of alpha-PVP, 9 kg of mephedrone.
In total, as a result of the operation, law enforcement officers prevented the spread of 17 kg of synthetic drugs (equivalent to about 85 thousand single doses). A criminal case has been initiated under part 5 of Article 273 (Illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage, and other actions with narcotic drugs, their analogues, or psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale, as well as their sale). All the detainees are in custody.
Recall that Uzbekistan stopped the illegal circulation of two tons of drugs. Law enforcement officers detained thousands of criminals, including young people and women.
