In the metro, a young man harassed a stranger and was arrested for five days

In the Tashkent metro, a young man touched the lower part of a passenger’s body and was detained for 5 days, according to the court decision.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:50 PM in a train car at the “Pakhtakor” station. A 23-year-old man touched the lower part of a stranger’s body. In court, the accused repented, promised not to repeat such a thing again, and asked the court for mercy.

He was found guilty under Article 41-1, Part 1 of the Administrative Code (Sexual harassment). The court sentenced the young man to 5 days of detention.

Recall that in the Tashkent region, a drunk man harassed a neighbor and ended up behind bars. The court sentenced the perpetrator to five days of administrative arrest.
