On October 7, a National Guard officer rescued a drowning girl from the “Burijar” canal in Tashkent, the press service of the department reports.
The incident occurred at 00:05 in the “Burijar” canal, which flows through the Yunusabad district. Guards officers serving in this area rescued a drowning man. Before medical assistance arrived, law enforcement officers pulled the victim out of the water and provided first aid.
As a result of the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that the citizen is a resident of Tashkent. She is currently hospitalized. The relevant authorities are conducting an investigation into this fact.
