In Bukhara, a police officer’s family died from poisoning

The investigation is being conducted by the prosecutor's office.

In Bukhara, a family of four died, according to preliminary investigation, from poisoning with an unknown substance, the Prosecutor General’s Office reports.

According to the information, the incident occurred on November 23rd in one of the local houses. The 43-year-old head of the family, a police officer, his 40-year-old wife, and two minor daughters were found dead in their home.

According to preliminary investigation, the cause of death was acute respiratory and cardiovascular failure resulting from poisoning of unknown etiology. Currently, the city prosecutor’s office is conducting a pre-trial investigation.

Earlier, it was reported that a woman died in Tashkent region as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning. The victim’s husband was taken to the hospital.
