On January 13, reports of a woman’s death after receiving an injection at a hospital spread on social media. The Prosecutor General’s Office commented on the incident.
It was discovered that the incident occurred on January 12 in the Payarik district of the Samarkand region. The prosecutor’s office is reportedly conducting an investigation into the death of a woman born in 1992 before initiating a criminal case. A forensic examination has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
The investigative actions are being conducted comprehensively, completely, and objectively, and a lawful decision will be made based on their results, — the statement said.
As a reminder, the private clinic in Tashkent where the patient died has been closed. A criminal case has been initiated under the article on improper performance of professional duties.
