A schoolboy who killed his classmate was imprisoned in Tashkent region
In court, the teenager stated that he did not commit the crime intentionally.
In the Tashkent region, a student who stabbed his classmate was sentenced, reports Millar.
The trial took place at the Chinoz District Criminal Court. The court sentenced the 16-year-old teenager to 8.5 years in prison under Article 97 (Intentional homicide). The accused apologized and said he didn’t do it on purpose. The reasons for his action are unknown.
As a reminder, the incident occurred on June 6th at a football field in the “Yallama” neighborhood of Chinoz district. According to preliminary data, a 17-year-old man was stabbed to death. The mother of the deceased said that she raised her son alone. Furthermore, the accused frequently visited their home.
