From November to December, some roads in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent will be temporarily closed to drivers, the press service of the district administration reports.

The Republican final stage of the “Olympic Heights of New Uzbekistan” — “Presidential Olympiad” sports competitions will be held in the capital. In this regard, the movement of vehicles along the following route will be temporarily restricted from November 24 to December 4:

  • movement along “Yangi Uzbekistan” Street towards the new hotels (along the border of the “Yangi Uzbekistan” park);
  • traffic from Milliy bog Street to the new hotels will be temporarily restricted (traffic will only be permitted for special vehicles).

As a reminder, the “Presidential Olympiad” will begin in Uzbekistan. Winners of competitions in various sports will receive valuable prizes: a car and housing.
