Uzbekistan wants to simplify the exam for migrants in Russia
The head of the Migration Agency noted that “when taking such an exam, there are many complex and unnecessary questions related to history and legislation”.

Uzbekistan proposed conducting language exams in its homeland and regions, reported the director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers, Behzod Musayev, during a live broadcast of the “Uzbekistan 24” TV channel.
According to the agency, about 1.3 million Uzbekistanis are currently employed in Russia, with their number varying depending on the season and the demand from employers. Within the framework of the forum dedicated to the construction of the Uzbek-Russian labor market, the head of the Agency discussed issues of protecting the rights and interests of compatriots working in Russia, their free movement during their work activities, as well as simplifying the complex processes of obtaining work permits.
In particular, Behzod Musayev stated that the Uzbek side proposed to postpone the language exam to his homeland, including the regions, and noted that the Russian side understood the correctness of such a position.
When taking the language exam, there are many complex and unnecessary questions related to history and legislation. We have given these examples. The members and leadership of the Human Rights Council understand the correctness of our words, — said the Director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Earlier, it was reported that Russia had proposed to abolish social pensions for migrants. The LDPR party stated that it is time to stop the “free social package” for visitors and thus reduce the burden on the federal budget.
