UFA has been fined for violations revealed following a friendly match against Qatar
The federations were given 30 days to repay the debt.

Азиатская футбольная конфедерация оштрафовала Ассоциацию футбола Узбекистана за нарушения, выявленные после проведения товарищеского матча между национальной сборной и командой из Катара.
The Confederation fined the UFA $344,000 for violating the rules for organizing events and the organization’s commercial partners. The reason for this was the award ceremony held by the UFA after the World Cup 2026 qualifying match between Uzbekistan and Qatar.
It turned out that at this event, the national team players and coaches were awarded BYD cars without coordinating with the AFC. The association was also accused of covert marketing and insufficient support during press conferences and official events. The Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA) has also been fined $1,500 for failing to submit documents for the Mirabror Usmanov Cup. It is noted that the federation has 30 days to pay the fine after receiving the notification.
Earlier, it was reported that Fabio Cannavaro could earn up to four million euros in the Uzbekistan national football team. Cannavaro’s headquarters may include his brother Paolo, who has resigned from Serie C club Pro Vercelli.
