The Consulate General addressed Uzbek citizens in Istanbul

Citizens were advised to steer clear of crowded areas.

According to the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, protests are currently ongoing in Istanbul.

As a security measure, the Turkish government has temporarily prohibited large gatherings in six districts, including the Beshiktosh district (where the Consulate General is situated), until 11 September.
Temporary restrictions have also been imposed on the use of foreign messengers.

Uzbekistani citizens are advised to avoid crowded areas, locations where protests are taking place, and to strictly follow local rules and regulations.
