Diplomats helped abandoned children return to Uzbekistan

Employees of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Almaty helped minor compatriots return to their homeland, Dunyo reports.
According to the information, the diplomats, together with the Center for Supporting Children in Difficult Life Situations under the Department of Education of Almaty, assisted in the preparation of the necessary documents for the return of minors to their homeland.
Following this, at the city’s international airport, the Consulate General representatives handed over the children’s documents to the representatives of the Main Department for the Prevention of Offenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan to escort them home, as well as to carry out appropriate procedures for transfer to their close relatives.
Earlier, it was reported that diplomats had helped a group of Uzbek citizens return from Saudi Arabia. The victims sought specialists because the company where they worked regularly delayed payments.
