A compatriot who was in intensive care was returned to Uzbekistan from Russia

The man came to the country for work, but suffered a heart attack and a skull fracture.

A compatriot who is in serious condition due to a heart attack and skull fracture has been returned to Uzbekistan from Russia, the Dunyo reports.

According to the information, the man came to Yekaterinburg to get a job, but was admitted to the intensive care unit in critical condition with a diagnosis of “severe brain infarction, skull dome and base fracture”. As a result, the Consulate General and the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan in Yekaterinburg conducted all necessary document processing procedures.

On November 1, the injured man was successfully transported by ambulance to Yekaterinburg International Airport, after which he, accompanied by a representative of the country’s Ministry of Health, departed for his homeland. It is noted that the employees, together with representatives of the Migration Agency in the regions of Russia, continue to provide comprehensive assistance to compatriots who found themselves in a difficult situation far from their homeland.

Earlier, it was reported that dozens of Uzbekistan’s underage citizens were returned to their homeland from Russia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, and the National Social Protection Agency participated in the return process.
