When registering with the Civil Registry Office, medical examination results will no longer be necessary
By 2028, the number of services delivered via the UIGSP is expected to reach 900.

Starting 1 December, medical examination results will no longer be required for marriage registration at the Civil Registry Office.
The President signed a Decree “On Additional Measures to Improve the System of Providing Public Services and Radically Reduce Bureaucratic Procedures in this Sphere”. The document aims to increase the number of services provided through the Unified Interactive Government Services Portal (UIGSP) to 900 by 2028.
It is also planned to increase the number of proactive public services to 53 and composite public services to 74. According to the decree, from 1 December 2025, the following requirements will be cancelled.
- presentation of medical examination results during marriage registration at the Civil Registry Office;
- submission of a court decision during the registration of the divorce record in the case of divorce by court decision;
- indication of the vehicle owner’s address in the certificate of registration of the motor vehicle.
Earlier, it was revealed how many young families have formed in Uzbekistan since the beginning of the year. Most marriages are registered in Samarkand.
