Uzbekistanis will be able to show documents from their phones.
When submitting data via the application, government agencies will be prohibited from requesting it in paper form.

From 1 November, information from the UIGSP website will be regarded as equivalent to printed media, reports the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
Individuals’ personal data will be provided through their personal account in real-time. When providing data via a mobile application, state bodies and organisations are prohibited from requesting it on paper. Additionally, from 1 November 2025:
- Pensioners, pregnant women, and citizens who have arrived with a child under 3 years of age are given priority and do not need to wait in line when applying at public service centres.
- When registering individuals in the Unified Identification System (OneID), an alternative biometric identification method (Face ID) is introduced;
- Public service centres will be granted the right to provide services to the population and entrepreneurs for all public services implemented through the Unified Portal.
As a reminder, medical examination results will no longer be necessary for registration at the Civil Registry Office. By 2028, the number of services delivered via the UIGSP is expected to reach 900.
