Uzbekistanis spent trillions of soums on courier deliveries
The service was most often used in Tashkent.

In Uzbekistan, the volume of postal and courier services reached 5.5 trillion soums, the National Statistics Committee’s press service reported.
According to the department, the volume of postal and courier services in January-October 2025 amounted to 5.5 trillion soums. This indicator increased by 10.1% compared to the corresponding period of 2024. The volume of these types of services in the context of regions is:
- Karakalpakstan – 64.9 billion soums;
- Andijan region – 291.7 billion soums;
- Bukhara region – 66.3 billion soums;
- Jizzakh region – 42.7 billion soums;
- Kashkadarya region – 300.5 billion soums;
- Navoi region – 34.6 billion soums;
- Namangan region – 161.1 billion soums;
- Samarkand region – 602.4 billion soums;
- Surkhandarya region – 62.1 billion soums;
- Syrdarya region – 41.3 billion soums;
- Syrdarya region – 41.3 billion soums;
- Fergana region – 420.4 billion soums;
- Khorezm region – 80.5 billion soums;
- Tashkent – 2.9 trillion soums.
Recall that some couriers were transferred to bicycles. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry decided to support small and medium-sized businesses in the public catering sector.
