Uzbekistan plans to discuss simplifying visa procedures for citizens and business representatives with the US, according to Transport Minister’s Deputy Jasurbek Choriyev in an interview with Uzbekistan 24.
According to him, Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s visit to the States creates prerequisites for visa liberalization. The signed agreements will contribute to the development of tourism and business ties between Uzbekistan and the USA.
Jasurbek Choriyev recalled that Uzbekistan recently decided to introduce a 30-day visa-free regime for US citizens.
Simplification for our citizens and businesses will also be considered, — he added.
